Working JIIFF is the space to address new ideas in film production and the fiction filmmaking market between Uruguay, Latin America and the world. An inspiring experience to make fiction films. The José Ignacio International Film Festival, which takes place in one of the most fascinating resorts in Uruguay, is proposed as the ideal framework for meetings, exchange of ideas and developing projects between international and national professionals.
The general design of this activity proposes instances that favor the interaction of international participants in order to establish links, set agendas, contribute to the development of international projects and co-productions, and strengthen the formation of emerging producers.
Our priorities are: the training of national producers, the encouragement for the development of projects, the meeting of producers and the internationalization of Uruguayan fiction cinema.
