ABOUT THE AWARD
"It is the second consecutive opportunity that I have the pleasure of holding the JIIFF Award, with minor modifications. It is a work with multiple old wooden rods glued together, thus forming the shape that represents the festival, 'the snail'. It is a pride for me to be part of this international festival, and that the work is for the person who stands out among others for his abilities. It's an award to me!"
FEDERICO BENITES
